Initiate Your Request

Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Prepare the Equipment

Securely pack the scooter or bike in its original box, ensuring all accessories, chargers, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

Ship the Package

Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location for transit back to our warehouse.
